The oik tides plugin is a new subcomponent of the oik plugin.
It provides a shortcode [ bw_tides tideurl="http://www.tidetimes.org.uk/Chichester_Harbour.rss"]
with the default value for tideurl being as above.
Since it gets it information from the tide times website, it only works for the UK.
