Loading users into a WordPress site can be time consuming and prone to error. I’ve got over 100 to create. Is there an import users plugin that will do it for me? And when I’ve imported them, can I be sure that they have the level of access (permissions) that I want them to have?

What would I use?
Looking at the above table my preferred choice would be either Import Users from CSV(...) or Add Multiple Users for WordPress(...)
